AI WORKSHOPS

AI workshop
with a difference

I hated workshops. So I turned that into my superpower.

Two decades in the creative industry, the last few deep in AI. That combination is exactly why these sessions are genuinely useful and, unusually, actually fun. It started when a company asked me to run an AI workshop, betting my creative background would make it land differently. It did. Now it's something people come looking for. I know how to make AI exciting, how to teach it without the jargon, how to take the complex and make it simple, human and relatable. People leave inspired, lighter, less overwhelmed, and enjoying it enough that they want to keep creating.

Philosophy

The best way to understand AI is to build with it.

You don't learn AI by watching demos or reading frameworks. You learn it by getting inside the machine and shaping how it thinks.

Most training treats AI as a tool to be operated. I treat it as a creative intelligence to be designed, directed and challenged. The focus isn't efficiency. It's leadership, taste and intent. The difference between a team that uses AI and a team that leads with it.

Choose your format

Every session is built around your team and your goals.

Pick the shape that fits, or talk to me about a blend.

01

The Build

Every participant leaves having designed and built their own AI assistant, grounded in their real needs and how they'll actually apply it day to day. Building is the fastest, most exciting way to learn AI, and they walk out with something lasting.

For teams who want to go from watching to making in a single session.
02

The AI Transformation

So many platforms, so many possibilities. The real question is how to use it well, with the future in mind. This is the strategy session: designing your company's next chapter through the ideas and shifts AI makes possible. Where it adds value, where it doesn't, and what's genuinely worth betting on.

For leadership teams who need a clear point of view before they commit.
03

The Creation Sprint

Extended making time. Participants create something real. Film, image, a website, a working prototype, using the AI tools of their choice.

For teams who want to experiment, push ideas further, and see exactly what they can produce.
04

Leadership 1:1s

Private sessions for senior leaders going deeper on applying AI to their own thinking, creativity and decision-making.

For C-suite who'd rather learn in the room than in front of their team.
The format

Shaped around your world,
not a template.

Before any session, I work with you to understand what actually matters to your team. The workshop is then shaped around your world, your challenges and your business.

You'll also get a short, tailored briefing on the AI developments worth your attention right now, and why they matter to you specifically. From there we choose the right shape together, based on your goals, your people and your budget.
