I built Dolly because I was tired of watching brilliant people, mostly women, undervalue their work in real time.
How she works
You upload your LinkedIn data and Dolly reads every post you have written. Not for keywords, for patterns. Your actual history becomes the source material.
If you call confidence cringe or hide behind “we”, she pushes back. Clearly, calmly and with standards.
She turns the evidence into a clear account of what you built, led and changed.

Last day of December 2025. I approached LinkedIn to write about my year. I retreated immediately.
The year had been objectively excellent.
Subjectively? Too embarrassing to mention.
Dolly appeared. Fully formed, like Athena, but with better hair and make-up, and issued the following directive:
'Download your LinkedIn data. All 23 pages. Move aside. We're doing this properly.'
She analysed all of my posts. My achievements. The whole shebang.
Then she built my year-in-review. Not a Spotify Wrapped. A manifesto. With receipts. A timeline of achievement I'd apparently forgotten about.
