How she works
When an Airbnb host tried to pin existing damage on us, Roxie deduced the marks were old stool scuffs and proved it could not have been us. The host retreated immediately.
When a gas company threatened debt collectors over a years-old bill, she reviewed the paperwork with Poirot-level precision and drafted a gentle, unarguable reply.
